2007 Bell Bay Junior Program
The 2007 junior program at Bell Bay Golf Club has over
160 juniors who participated in the 7 weeks of instruction,
the on course session, RCGA Future Links Skills Competition
and ended with a banquet this week. At the banquet many
top up and coming Junior Golfers were recognized with
such awards as the MacIntyre Chev. Top Junior Male of
The Year, and the Lloyd MacDonald Group Top Junior Female
of The Year, as well as the Canadian PGA Tim Hortons
Sportsmanship and Dedication Award.

Below are the results from the Bell Bay RCGA Future Links
Skills Competition that took place on August 29th. The skills
competition was comprised of challenges based on a number of
key components of the game of Golf: Including Putting, Chipping,
Iron Accuracy, Driving Distance and Accuaracy, and Fuddy and
Buddy Chipping Contest.
Each skill was based on a point system set out by the Royal
Canadian Golf Association and Canadian PGA.
